How to measure yourself for an abaya
You only need a soft measuring tape and about a minute. Measure over light clothing and keep the tape level and snug, not tight — an abaya is meant to drape, so a little ease is built in.
- Height: stand against a wall without shoes and measure from the top of your head to the floor.
- Bust: wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the floor.
- Hip (optional): measure around the widest part of your hips — useful if you prefer a roomier, flowing fit.

Length is chosen from your height so the hem sits at the ankle without dragging. Prefer a little floor pooling for a dramatic finish? Go one length up.

Use the length guide table. Taller frames need a longer hem so the abaya reaches the ankle. For a floor-pooling finish, choose one length longer.
